Basketball Recap: Great Oak Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Great Oak Wolfpack were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 58-52 to the Victory Christian Academy Knights. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Great Oak's record is now 4-12. As for Victory Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Great Oak will host Chaparral at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Chaparral is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.9 points per game this season. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bonita Vista at 6:30 p.m.
