Soccer Recap: Sierra Pacific Takes a Loss

Sierra Pacific was the 1-0 winner over Kerman when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Sierra Pacific Golden Bears fell 2-0 to the Kerman Lions on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Golden Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 512th, while the Lions are ranked 253rd).

Sierra Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 6-5-2. As for Kerman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2-4.

Sierra Pacific has already played their next matchup, a 4-4 draw against Hanford West on the 23rd. As for Kerman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 6-0 win against Washington Union on the 23rd.
