Basketball Game Preview: Brady Eagles vs. Maxwell Wildcats

The Brady Eagles will head out to face off against the Maxwell Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brady will be strutting in after a win while Maxwell will be coming in after a defeat.

On Saturday, Brady got the win against South Loup by a conclusive 54-30. With the Eagles ahead 29-8 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Maxwell came up short against Cambridge on Saturday and fell 52-41.

The victory made it two in a row for Brady and bumps their season record up to 11-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 52 points in those games. As for Maxwell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Brady strolled past Maxwell in their previous matchup back in December of 2025 by a score of 45-29. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
