Dallas Center-Grimes had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Pella Dutch a 17-0 shutout. Considering the Mustangs have won 13 matches by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Dallas Center-Grimes' win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Pella, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.
