Moberly lost against Mexico last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans fell 6-3 to the Bulldogs. The Spartans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Moberly's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Mexico, their record now sits at 10-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Moberly will welcome Fulton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mexico, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Palmyra at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.9 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
