A Season-Best  Performance from  Colby Barr Leads Sheffield over Union City
  Colby Barr produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Sheffield to the win  on Saturday. Barr rushed for 177 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  rushed for 101 or more in the last six games he's  played.
 If history really does repeat itself,  Barr might just drop another big game when he faces off against Bucktail on Saturday. Back in August (the last time  Barr saw the Bucks), he rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 116 yards and a touchdown on only ten passes.

Another Game with at Least 19  Total Tackles from  Alex Marfink
 On Saturday, Sheffield got the W thanks in part to  Alex Marfink playing the best football he has all season. Marfink wasn't messing around, picking up  four  sacks and making 32 total tackles (6.0 for loss). The  game was his sixth straight with 19 or   more total tackles.
 Marfink might have his next game, a home matchup with Bucktail, circled on his calendar. When  Marfink last faced the Bucks  back in August, he picked up  three  sacks and made 24 total tackles.

  Shane Magee produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Otto-Eldred/Oswayo Valley to the win  on Friday. Magee wasn't messing around, throwing for 320 yards and three touchdowns while completing 82.6% of his passes, and also rushing for 74 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. The  contest was his fourth straight with three or   more passing touchdowns.
 On the season,  Magee  has thrown 26 touchdowns while averaging 228.9 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after eight games last season,  he was only averaging 13.88  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 33.5  rushing yards.

Jonah Ganoe Crosses Big Stat Threshold
 Smethport had to settle for second  on Friday, but  Jonah Ganoe sure wasn't going down easily. Ganoe showed up in a big way, rushing for 178 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (102.7).
 Smethport is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-6. Ganoe and Smethport will take on Cameron County at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Ray'shene Thomas Goes Supernova in Otto-Eldred/Oswayo Valley Win
  Ray'Shene Thomas posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He picked up 127 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D,  making seven total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging   an  interception.
 On the year,  Thomas  has caught 9 touchdowns while averaging 65.4 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he had five  receiving touchdowns.
