Soccer Recap: North Hollywood's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

North Hollywood came into Friday's match having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Monroe Vikings onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Huskies' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

North Hollywood's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Monroe, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Verdugo Hills the next time they take the pitch. North Hollywood will head out to face Verdugo Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Monroe will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on January 24th.
