Softball Recap: Davenport North Comes Up Short

Davenport North lost against Dubuque Senior on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Rams by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Davenport North's loss dropped their record down to 18-22. As for Dubuque Senior, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-20 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Davenport North will face off against Iowa City West on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Dubuque Senior, they will square off against Washington on Thursday.
