Baseball Recap: Briarwood Academy Takes a Loss

Briarwood Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 9-3 to the Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders.

Briarwood Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blake Tench, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Briarwood Academy now has a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Briarwood Academy will square off against Augusta E at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Robert Toombs Christian Academy, they will take on Trinity Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
