Softball Recap: Towns County Takes a Loss

Towns County fell victim to Commerce and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 9-0 to the Tigers. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Indians' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Towns County's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Commerce, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-14 record this season.
