North Tahoe entered their tilt with Elko on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 3-1. For North Tahoe, this counts as revenge for the 4-1 victory Elko walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

North Tahoe's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Elko, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Tahoe will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Truckee at 7:00 p.m. on September 12. As for Elko, they will take on Debbie Smith CTE Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
