Softball Recap: Brookfield Wins Going Away Against Polo

Brookfield had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Polo on Tuesday. The Bulldogs never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Brookfield now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Polo, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coming up, Brookfield will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Schuyler County at 6:30 p.m. As for Polo, they are taking a road trip to take on Norborne at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
