Soccer Recap: Lovett Comes Up Short

Lovett managed to keep up with Chattahoochee until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lovett Lions lost 6-1 to the Chattahoochee Cougars.

Lovett's goal came courtesy of Tate Wildman, which was the first he's scored this season.

Lovett's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Chattahoochee, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lovett will head out to take on Pace Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chattahoochee, they will venture away from home to challenge Atlanta International at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
