Recap: Foresthill Wildfires vs. Victory Christian Vikings
Make it 15 blowout wins for the Foresthill Wildfires this season. They breezed by Victory Christian at home to the tune of 73-18. Foresthill's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
It was another big night for Addy Aldrich, who scored 20 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. She hasn't dropped below two steals for 13 straight games. Amy Saxelby was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Foresthill has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Victory Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foresthill will challenge Sacramento Waldorf at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sacramento Waldorf's defense has only allowed 28.9 points per game this season, so Foresthill's offense will have their work cut out for them. Victory Christian on the road again on Tuesday and play against Encina Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Encina Prep is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home.
