Alameda is 8-2 against Encinal since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Alameda Hornets will get right back to it and host the Encinal Jets at 3:30 p.m.

Alameda came up short against Bishop O'Dowd on Friday, falling 78-52.

Meanwhile, Encinal waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Grizzlies 54-14. The Jets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 26 points or more this season.

Encinal's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games. As for Alameda, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.

Alameda strolled past Encinal in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 51-34. Does Alameda have another victory up their sleeve, or will Encinal turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
