Softball Recap: Chaparral Find Success

It was close, but on Friday the Chaparral Wolverines sidestepped the Lowndes Vikings for an 8-7 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

Chaparral now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Lowndes, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Chaparral has already played their next match, a 7-4 victory against Grand Junction on the 22nd. As for Lowndes, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 win against Mead on the 22nd.
