Football Recap: Northwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 37-6, which was the final score in the Northwood Gladiators's tilt against the Gaithersburg Trojans on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Gladiators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Trojans are ranked 104th).

Northwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gaithersburg, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwood will head out to square off against Bethesda-Chevy Chase at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gaithersburg, they will venture away from home to take on Seneca Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
