Hazelwood Central fell victim to Ladue Horton Watkins and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Rams. The loss continues a trend for the Hawks in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost five in a row.

Hazelwood Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Ladue Horton Watkins, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.
