Hazelwood West came out on top against Mehlville on Thursday thanks in part to Allisan Cafolla's efforts. Cafolla struck out nine batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). The performance marked the most strikeouts she has had since back in October of 2024.
