Baseball Game Preview: Bowdon Red Devils vs. Bremen Blue Devils + Official Tickets

Bowdon hasn't had much luck against Bremen recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Red Devils will host the Blue Devils at 5:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Friday.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Bowdon turned things around against Temple on Monday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 18-1 victory. The Red Devils' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Bremen got the win against Alexander on Wednesday by a conclusive 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils, who have now won three matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Bradon Beckwith was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Mincey, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run.

Bremen's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Bowdon, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Bowdon skirted past Bremen 12-10 when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Blue Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
