Volleyball Recap: St. Cloud Falls Short of Harmony in the Playoffs

St. Cloud and Harmony squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but St. Cloud had to settle for second. They came up short against the Longhorns, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Longhorns recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

St. Cloud's loss came despite strong showings from Isabella Rodriguez and Amanda Cruz. Rodriguez had 14 digs and one assist, while Cruz had eight digs.

St. Cloud's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Harmony, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.

St. Cloud does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harmony, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Osceola on the 16th.
