Chobany came up big in Portage's 56-21 victory
Alex Chobany turned in nothing short of a gem on Wednesday: she scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was her fourth in a row with two or more steals. For the year, Chobany has averaged 9.2 points, 2.9 steals, and 3.3 assists per game.
Portage's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Blue Jays at 7:15 p.m. on February 1st. Chobany will face off against Sarah Miller on Thursday, Conemaugh Valley's star point guard. Will Chobany turn in another gem to overcome Portage? We'll have our answer very soon.
