Soccer Recap: Seckinger Comes Up Short

Seckinger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Jackson County Panthers. While losing is never fun, Seckinger can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 360th, while Jackson County are ranked 64th).

Seckinger's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Jackson County, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seckinger will take on Habersham Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Habersham Central will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Seckinger surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jackson County, they will welcome Loganville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
