Volleyball Recap: Kearny Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kearny lost against O'Farrell Charter back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Komets came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The Komets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Kearny was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into O'Farrell Charter's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-17, 25-18.

Kylie Jameson paced Kearny's offense, picking up four kills. Jameson got some help from Olivia Etheredge and her five assists. Guilianna Tinoco controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kearny now has a losing record of 1-2. As for O'Farrell Charter, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kearny will take on El Cajon Valley at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for O'Farrell Charter, they will venture away from home to take on Morse at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
