Soccer Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mills Vikings, falling 15-0. If the Grizzlies were looking for revenge after losing 4-3 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mills, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-4 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on El Camino at 4:30 p.m. on January 28th. As for Mills, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Oceana at 4:30 p.m. Mills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.
