After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Macks Creek, Walnut Grove was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Parkview Vikings a 20-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

Walnut Grove got a massive performance out of S Loehr, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Maeli Holman was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Walnut Grove was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .481. They are 4-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Walnut Grove now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Parkview, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

As of now, neither Walnut Grove nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
