There's no place like home for St. Paul, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 12-6 margin over Southern/Diller-Odell on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

St. Paul got a massive performance out of Annie Stepanek, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Jorja Vokes, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: St. Paul kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

The victory got St. Paul back to even at 6-6. As for Southern/Diller-Odell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

St. Paul didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-6 win against Raymond Central on the 13th. As for Southern/Diller-Odell, they have also already played their next match, a 13-4 defeat against Southern Valley/Alma on the 13th.
