Soccer Recap: Chaminade Find Success

Chaminade kept a clean sheet against Sierra Canyon on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers out 1-0. Reagan Champnella had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Eagles.

Chaminade picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-5-1. As for Sierra Canyon, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-1-1 record.

Chaminade will square off against Marymount at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sierra Canyon, they will take on Notre Dame (SO) at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Notre Dame (SO) has won three straight at home, while Sierra Canyon won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
