Baseball Recap: Creekside Seminoles vs. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors
Creekside gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. Everything went their way against the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors as the Creekside Seminoles made off with a 16-2 victory.
TAKEEVIUS THORTON made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. THORTON was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February of 2024.
