Cherokee Bluff won against East Hall on Monday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Bears' pitchers stepped up to hand the West Hall Spartans a 15-0 shutout. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Lillie Diehl made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in September of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Audrey Graham, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Hailey Hemmings, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.

Cherokee Bluff always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .905. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Cherokee Bluff is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games.
