Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Zealand Jenks stepped things up a notch to give Ponderosa the 'W'. Nobody could stop Jenks as he rushed for 76 yards and a pair of TDs on only nine carries, and also picked up 45 receiving yards and one score. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making three total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

Looking ahead, Jenks and Ponderosa will look to defend their home field on Friday against Rio Americano at 7:00 p.m. Jenks will face off against Devin Pointes, the Raiders' star pass catcher. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
