Soccer Game Preview: Muir vs. Arcadia

Muir hasn't had much luck against Arcadia recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Mustangs will venture away from home to square off against the Apaches at 4:00 p.m. Muir will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Muir proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Crescenta Valley.

Meanwhile, there was early excitement for Arcadia after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of Burroughs by a score of 2-1.

Muir's victory bumped their record up to 15-2-4. As for Arcadia, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7-3.
