Jackson extended their winning streak to ten on Friday, bumping them up to 11-8. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Midtown Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-3 on Wednesday.

As for Midtown, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Midtown's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charlie Frederick, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.
