Baseball Recap: North Comes Up Short

North and University School squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but North had to settle for second. They came up short against the Preppers, falling 20-0. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for University School, they pushed their record up to 21-5 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for University School, they are taking a road trip to challenge Walsh Jesuit at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Preppers 2.8, the Warriors 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
