Basketball Recap: Baldwin Wins Going Away Against Pine-Richland

Baldwin won the last time they faced Pine-Richland and things went their way on Friday too. The Baldwin Highlanders put the hurt on the Pine-Richland Rams with a sharp 59-36 win.

Pine-Richland lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Catherine Gentile, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Maren Iski, who had ten points.

The victory got Baldwin back to even at 1-1. As for Pine-Richland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Baldwin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 68-54 loss against Upper St. Clair on the 7th. As for Pine-Richland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-31 defeat against Peters Township on the 7th.
