Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Susquehanna). They took down the Forest City Foresters 46-29 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Sabers as it spelled an end to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Susquehanna's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Forest City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Susquehanna will venture away from home to challenge Lackawanna Trail at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Forest City, they will head out on the road to square off against Carbondale Area at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. Forest City is facing Carbondale Area at the right time seeing as Carbondale Area is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
