Basketball Recap: Analy Comes Up Short

Analy lost to Redwood back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers were dealt a 63-19 loss at the hands of the Giants. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 832nd, while the Giants are ranked 65th).

Analy's defeat was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Redwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Analy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Maria Carrillo at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Redwood, they will head out on the road to challenge Novato at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
