South Lake lost to Eustis back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Panthers 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Eagles have posted against the Panthers since October 8, 2020.

South Lake walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-20.

Jade Bedingfield paced South Lake's offense, picking up 16 kills. Bedingfield got some help from Iris Trowbridge and her 21 assists. Presley Matlak controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The win made it two in a row for South Lake and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Eustis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Lake will welcome Lake Minneola at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eustis, they will challenge Umatilla at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
