Basketball Recap: Pendleton Heights Extends Winning Streak to Four

Pendleton Heights won the last time they faced Lapel and things went their way on Friday too. The Arabians managed a 52-47 victory over the Bulldogs. While the Arabians didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Clark Emly was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards. Cooper Sims was another key player, shooting 40% from the field en route to 15 points.

Lapel lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Luke Jones, who went 6-for-10 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Cash, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 14 points.
