O'Neill never let their opponents score on Thursday. They skirted past Highway 91 2-0. The Eagles haven't had any issues with Highway 91 recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Not much got past Rylee Selby, who gave up just two hits and racked up 12 Ks to keep Highway 91 off the board. Selby has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Grace Drueke was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

O'Neill's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Highway 91, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.
