Basketball Recap: Eastern York Takes a Loss

Eastern York lost against West York Area back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The match between the Eastern York Golden Knights and the West York Area Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Eastern York Golden Knights falling 57-39. While losing is never fun, the Golden Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 343rd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 159th).

Eastern York's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for West York Area, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.

Eastern York does not have any more games scheduled as of now. West York Area has already played their next game (against New Oxford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
