The East Forsyth Broncos will take on the Pinecrest Academy Paladins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pinecrest Academy took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on East Forsyth, who comes in off a win.

East Forsyth is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Dawson County an 8-0 shutout on Tuesday. East Forsyth have beaten Dawson County the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Dawson County has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Pinecrest Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was St. John Bosco Academy who was credited with the victory. St. John Bosco Academy got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to Pinecrest Academy's four.

The Paladins hit St. John Bosco Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Peter Birozes, Thomas Rivard, and Gabe Chaves.

East Forsyth's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Pinecrest Academy, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 13-3.
