Carolina Forest extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Erion Tabaku. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 win over the St. James Sharks on Tuesday with plenty of help from Tabaku, who had four digs and three aces. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 13 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-21, 23-25, 25-13.

Carolina Forest's victory bumped their record up to 18-3-1. As for St. James, their defeat ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Carolina Forest is set to square off against their familiar foe North Myrtle Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, St. James will challenge rival Conway at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
