Softball Recap: Cache Has No Trouble Against Mount St. Mary

Cache never let their opponents score on Monday. Everything went their way against the Mount St. Mary Rockets as they made off with a 14-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Cache's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Mount St. Mary, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Cache will venture away from home to take on Pauls Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mount St. Mary, they will challenge Bridge Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Rockets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
