Softball Recap: Lathrop Find Success

After losing to Albany the last time they met, Lathrop decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mules won by a run and slipped past the Warriors 8-7. That's two games straight that the Mules have won by just one run.

The win got Lathrop back to even at 5-5. As for Albany, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-7 record this season.

Lathrop does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Albany, they will host East Buchanan at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
