Worth County won the last time they faced Cairo and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Rams walked away with a 5-2 win over the Syrupmakers.

Laurie Pritchard was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Isabelle Hancock was excellent, going 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in August of 2024. Kamryn Kendrick was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.
