Basketball Recap: Thursday's Win Is Lancaster County Christian's Ninth in Last 12 Outings

Lancaster County Christian hadn't done well against Mount Calvary Christian recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Lancaster County Christian Lions walked away with a 37-30 win over the Mount Calvary Christian Chargers. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Lions' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 292nd, while the Chargers are ranked 122nd).

Fisher has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. Sophie MacCartney was another key player, going 6-for-12 to rack up 13 points.
