It's playoff time, and Bacon County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by an 11-3 margin over the East Laurens Falcons on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 13 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Bacon County's fourth in a row) raised their record to 22-4. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for East Laurens, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-8.
