Basketball Recap: Saddleback Takes a Loss

Saddleback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 69-65 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kennedy Fighting Irish. That's two games in a row now that the Roadrunners have lost by exactly four points.

Saddleback's record now sits at 6-10. As for Kennedy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

Looking ahead, Saddleback won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Chowchilla at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennedy, they will host Tustin at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
