Emmanuel Christian extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Abigail Harrelson. The Crusaders blew past the Step of Faith Christian Academy Chargers 3-0 on Friday thanks in part to Harrelson, who had 13 aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.6 aces per game.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Emmanuel Christian was: they took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-5, 25-9.

Emmanuel Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-1. As for Step of Faith Christian Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Emmanuel Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Maranatha Christian at 5:30 p.m. on September 9.
